The vision of Fundación Tajamar
The Foundation’s activities range from training activities in the workplace to the promotion of culture and the humanities, as well as sports and family development.
To provide a personalized and integral formation, in a climate of full freedom and responsibility. We also want to promote social transformation and the realization of each person, and for this we count on the participation of the entire educational community.
A community in a continuous process of adaptation, oriented towards the service of the person in its professional, social and spiritual dimensions, with an educational project that seeks to form people with critical capacity, recognizing their uniqueness and promoting their autonomy and openness, so that they become transformers of society from a Christian vision of life.
It especially encourages those related to work well done -always carried out from a dimension of service to others and to society as a whole-, the desire for improvement and self-improvement, a positive view of people and situations, respect and promotion of personal freedom and responsibility, companionship, sincerity, loyalty, generosity, solidarity, the search for justice and harmony, etc.
