Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing, administrative and representative body of the Tajamar Foundation. Thanks to them we can continue to develop our projects and activities, which can be enjoyed by all our students.
President
José María Capapé Hernando
He has a degree in Biological Sciences. He has extensive experience in the world of education, he has been Director of the schools Garoé (Las Palmas de Gran Canarias), Los Robles (Asturias) and Aldovea (Madrid). He is an alumnus of Tajamar (4th Promotion).
Vicepresidente
Ernesto Balda Hernández
D. in Law, has been a diplomat, and has held positions in the banking, communications and electricity sectors. Currently partner of Spyn Advisors, dedicated to legal and business consulting.
Alberto Vicedo Calpena
He has a degree in Law. Most of his working life has been linked to Dragados y Construcciones. He is a practicing lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association.
Secretario
Manuel García Bernal
Bachelor’s degree in Physics. Close to Tajamar’s educational work for decades. Promoter of solidarity projects in Madrid and for Africa (Harambee Spain). For years promoter of literary initiatives.
Javier Cremades García
Lawyer and founding president of the law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo. Doctor in Law (University of Regensburg). He is a pioneer in Spain in Telecommunications Law. President of the Málaga Valley e-27 Club, the largest technology network in Spain, with the participation of more than 40 presidents of multinationals and technology companies.
Eduardo González Gallarza
Former National President of the Royal Brotherhood of Veterans of the Armed Forces and the Civil Guard. Former Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Decorated with the Grand Cross of Military Merit, the Grand Cross of Naval Merit, the Grand Cross of Aeronautical Merit and the Grand Cross of San Hermenegildo.
Cándido Colorado Castellary
Telecommunications Engineer and Law Degree. Founder of the law firm Colorado Abogados. Specialized in legal defense and advice in criminal, civil and administrative matters for both companies and individuals.
Juan José Pantoja Bravo
Entrepreneur. PhD in Mining Engineering, Eurengineer. With extensive experience in subway mining in multinational companies, as well as in chemical plants and salt mining.
Currently represents the interests of salt manufacturers in the Iberian Peninsula.
José Antonio de Cachavera Sánchez
Industrial Engineer and Master in Environmental Engineering (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid). EMBA from IESE (University of Navarra). Currently General Manager of OHL Servicios. Previously held important positions in Grupo Sacyr Vallehermoso, Canal de Isabel II and Urbaser. Alumni Tajamar BACH’84.
José Sánchez Bernal
Practicing lawyer and Technical Inspector of Labor and Social Security. Former General Director of the National Institute of Social Security and Director of Trasmediterránea. Member of the Board of Directors of Real Madrid.
Federico Trillo Figueroa
PhD in Law and extraordinary award from the Complutense University of Madrid. Throughout his distinguished political career, he has held positions such as President of the Spanish Congress of Deputies (1996-2000), Minister of Defense (2000-2004) and Spanish Ambassador to the United Kingdom (2012-2017).
Juan Carlos Estepa Jiménez
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. Currently President of the Risk Management Club of Spain. Professor at ICADE, Madrid. Academic Director and founding partner of Némesis. Member of the Advisory Board of Iberus legal & finance, Foqum, and NTT Data. Trustee of the Catholic University of Valencia. Former CRO of Bankia, and General Risk Manager of BBVA Bancomer; Director of Corporate Risk Management of BBVA Group; Professor of Strategic and Financial Management at CUNEF; Director of the Chairman’s Office of Argentaria; Deputy General Manager of Banco Exterior, Head of Corporate Banking, and of the Commercial Banking Network.
Management Team
Our Management Team is made up of multidisciplinary professionals who are in charge of promoting initiatives, implementing new strategic lines and managing resources.
Julián Ráez
President
Julián Ráez is the Managing Director. He has developed his professional profile in the Foundation since his incorporation to the labor market. In his role as manager, he participates in Tajamar’s projects by coordinating and forming teams, designing programs and monitoring and evaluating them. Other areas under his responsibility are fundraising and investments. He is a Tajamar’86 Alumni and also advises the Club Deportivo schools.
Felipe Barral Lobo
Chief Financial Officer
Financial Director and Administrator of the Foundation. Graduate in Business Administration and Management and Master in Foundation Management. Accounting, labor, tax and financial management of the Foundation.
Pelayo García de la Rosa Pajares
Communications Director
Director of Communications of the Foundation. Degree in Audiovisual Communication. Since 2015 linked to the film and communication sector. Content management, reports and communications.
José María Izquierdo Clemente
Project Manager
Graduate in Economics and International Business, bilingual option, from the University of Alcalá de Henares. Accounting and administrative management in the Foundation, also collaborating in the Tajamar Sports Club and in charge of the projects department.
