La Jornada estuvo patrocinada por la Fundaci\u00f3n Tajamar y en la misma colabor\u00f3 la marca deportiva Joma.Los conferenciantes mostraron una gran nivel y fueron muy pr\u00e1cticos en sus exposiciones, algo que los asistentes agradecieron enormemente: \u00aben estas sesiones he aprendido m\u00e1s que en el master que acabo de terminar\u00bb, dec\u00eda uno de ellos, \u00e1rbitro profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las aportaciones que m\u00e1s sorprendieron a los asistentes fueron las que desglos\u00f3 el profesor de INEF, Jes\u00fas Rivilla en su intervenci\u00f3n, con la que rompi\u00f3 muchos de los mitos que existen sobre los estiramientos o la teor\u00eda de entrenar llevando al m\u00e1ximo el esfuerzo. Seg\u00fan este experto, \u00abse puede conseguir el mismo o mayor rendimiento con repeticiones a menos nivel\u00bb.Aitor Caribe S\u00e1nchez. Director Deportes SEK, defendi\u00f3 que \u00abla inclusi\u00f3n de discapacitados y de j\u00f3venes con altas capacidades a la hora de planificar la actividad f\u00edsica es algo que beneficia al grupo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La Jornada finaliz\u00f3 con una mesa redonda sobre &#8220;La promoci\u00f3n deportiva temparana en la edad escolar&#8221;, en la que participaron Manuel Mart\u00ednez, Medallista ol\u00edmpico y campe\u00f3n mundial de peso y responsable de lanzamientos RFEA y Tati Rasc\u00f3nex jugador ATP y director deportivo de la Federaci\u00f3n Madrile\u00f1a de Tenis.
